We understand that accidents can happen during active play; however, we will not tolerate disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or intentional damage to our facility, arena, props, or equipment.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the minors in their care and ensuring they follow all rules and staff instructions. Any individual(s) engaging in destructive or unsafe behavior may be removed from the facility without a refund. The individual(s) involved or their parent/guardian will bear the financial responsibility for any intentional damage or vandalism.
